During site production we use a modified Agile Methodology and continuous delivery approach which allows our customers to be involved in the project early and often, improves communication and increases transparency, and reassures customers. Estimate
We offer a free Good Faith Estimate to determine project feasibility. This wide-ranging estimate provides a project overview and touches on the high-level deliverables.
Scope
Our initial scope documents are lightweight. We outline the core business requirements, identify tasks or functions, and establish our prospective approach to the project.
Bid
After scope approval we will bid out the site. We use Target Cost contracts and our Agile Billing process to ensure budget targets are met.
Build
We will build your site in small chunks. During your site build we meet with you weekly and provide an opportunity for you to review progress throughout.
Launch
After the build is complete we will work with you to move the site to its final destination. We offer hosting in the Microsoft Azure Cloud.
