Umbrellas.net approached Bright Spectrum to help develop a strategy and search engine marketing campaign to increase traffic and sales from thier site and to move them from a Joomla/VirtueCart store to an easier to use and manage platform. In the first year of its launch sales and conversions went from 3 or 4 orders per week to averaging 3 or 4 orders per day.

In the midst of defining a new direction for their company, Emerald looked to Bright Spectrum to transition their site from one that was getting limited use, consitent customer complaints and was difficult to use internally to something that would increase customers usage, was flexible and had the capabilities that they needed to be more efficient. Prior to this redesign customers were more inclined to fax or call in an order than to use the the ecommerce functionality that was provided to them.
