Bright Spectrum, Inc releases Abandoned Cart Revenue Recovery tool for the AspDotNetStorefront ecommerce platform. Tool aims to increase the revenue of store owners by using automatic, customized re-marketing emails to entice visitors that have previously abandoned their cart during the checkout process to return to the store and complete their purchase.

The AJAX QuickOrder form, which is already on a live site at www.emeraldbiosystems.com/t-quickorder.aspx, is designed to make ordering, for site visitors who already know a products SKU number or are ordering from a catalog, quick and easy. Rather than making a visitor, who knows a SKU number, conduct a search or have to browse through the site, they can simply start typing into the form and a list of matching SKUs is presented to them that they can select.

After about 6-months of nibbling at the progress in between projects we've finally updated the Bright Spectrum web site. This new site is built on DotNetNuke, the content managment platform that we wholeheartedly promote as the best CMS available for the money.

On Friday, July 9th  we lauched the new Taco Time NW web site at www.tacotimenw.com.  The designer on this project was Gravity Creative www.gravitycreative.com. It features a customizable Build-A-Meal functionality that adjust your nutritional values as you change ingredients and you can add your customized item to your My Meal for a full calculation of nutritional values. It also has a customized Google Maps based location finder and great graphic throughout, which tend to make people very hungry.

Wow, what a couple of months it has been since the last blog post, in a good way of course. The middle of the month of April poured in a bunch of work, including our first Drupal site (which I would not recommend for the faint of heart, but more on that in a later post) and 4 new DotNetNuke sites.
